Ben White and Riccardo Calafiori are both doubts for Arsenal's trip to Wolves on Wednesday.
Having briefly been close to a fully fit first-team squad last month, the injury problems have picked up again for the Gunners.
They were added to on Sunday with White and Calafiori, putting a slight negative note on an otherwise perfect afternoon for Arsenal with a 4-0 win over Wigan in the FA Cup.
Calafiori had been set to start the match but pulled out after the warm-up and had to be replaced in the starting lineup by Bukayo Saka.
White, meanwhile, went down with ten minutes remaining and had to be replaced.
Calafiori] and Ben are the only doubts," Arteta said.
"We have to wait and see in the next 48 hours how things develop."
Martin Odegaard missed the match due to a knee issue he picked up after coming on at half-time against Brentford on Thursday night.
The Arsenal captain completed that game, but was seen limping out of the stadium after the match.
"Martin we'll have to wait and see," Arteta said.
"He picked that knock on the action when we conceded the goal [against Brentford] and he wasn't fit for today."
Arsenal are more short of options in midfield than Arteta would like, with Kai Havertz out with a muscle injury and Mikel Merino in a race to feature again this season after foot surgery.
