It serves as an encouragement for young people who have gone through hard times trying to find a better future through hustling and searching.
The song also encourages listeners to have faith in God during these difficult times. When life gets heavy on us, sometimes (if not ALL the time) the only way to cope with the weight of it all is through prayer. God will give those of us with faith, hope, and perseverance the strength to keep going; however, it may take some time to recover from our circumstances or regain our hope.
The song “Halleluya” also reminds us that everything we endure both the hard/ trying times as well as the unexpected things that happen during our journey toward accomplishing our goals ultimately serves a purpose greater than us.
